If you are going to be using Windows 8 64-bit with iCANsoft please refer to the revised instructions for resolving USB driver issues, available HERE for the Cooper Controls USB Converter supplied with the SW2 Software Kit. This addresses Driver Signature Enforcement in Windows 8 which can prevent installation.
